PAYMENT & REFUNDS Commission payments will be quoted in €EURO(20% VAT tax included) and will be requested STRICTLY through PayPal Invoice. Payments should be submitted upon the finalization of commission details and mutual agreement by both parties. Rushed and Deadline orders have to be paid upfront in full. Any orders under or equal to 200€have to be paid upfront in full. Orders above the 200€ threshold have the option to send a 50% down payment to ensure and reserve their order in queue while paying the rest upon the approval of their order, right before it's started. Alternatively orders above 200€ can also be paid upfront in full if preferred. Refunds will ONLY be issued prior to any of the commissioned work being started or if I personally cancel the order. Once a commission is started NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED unless I am the one canceling the commission. If a commission that's already been started is canceled by the client, no refund will be issued and I reserve the right to finish the commission work and re-sell it. If you cancel your order around the time where I've completed it, you will compensate me for my work IN FULL if you haven't already by that point. A commission that hasn't been started yet will be fully refunded.Please let me know as soon as possibleif you need to cancel a commission as it will impact my time and income. Any and all personal information that I may request for invoices will be fully confidential and only be used for payment and tax purposes, privacy will be taken very seriously. Please let me know beforehand if you have any issues regarding sharing your personal information. Commissions and Payments will not be accepted without complete information unless both parties have agreed otherwise. Charge-back claims will be disputed and legal action may be taken if necessary, so please avoid charge-backs. After the initial payment is received, you'll have a secure spot in the commission queue list and will be updated when your order is next in line. Throughout the commission process you will be updated on the progress using your provided contact method of choice. *Prices are subject to change based on demand TURNAROUND TIME When placing a commission order you can choose from the following 3 options: Standard Order: In this option you will be queued up into the commission queue. Your commission will be added to the queue as soon as payment is received. The standard wait time and your current position can be found in my waitlist. Rush Order: This option skips the queue and puts you next in line AFTER the commissions that are currently in progress. This adds a +100% fee to your commission order. Deadline Order: This option allows you to provide me with a specific deadline for when you need your order to be completed. IF DOABLE, I will let you know what the extra fee for it is. This adds a starting fee of +50% to your commission order. Long-time returning clients are considered VIPs and will have access to priority queue (shorter wait time). REVISIONS We will be working together to bring your ideas to reality and early on in the process I'll be providing you with a watermarked Design Concept and at this stage bigger changes can be requested and I can re-work the Design Concept for free up to 3 times. Please make sure to tell me if you're unsatisfied with the design at this point, as this is the easiest phase for me to make changes and fixes in. Additional revisions will come with an extra charge at a rate of an extra 3% of the design cost per added revision in the Design Concept stage. After the Design Concept has been approved and payment has been received, only smaller changes (color change, animation speed, small element changes, etc.) can be requested for free. As long as the commission doesn't need to be redone completely and no major changes need to be made at this stage, the remainder of your revisions per design will be free with no extra fees applied. In the case where extra revisions or bigger/more complex edits are being requested at this stage, an additional fee of 20% of the design cost will be added on top per major edit request or extra revision. During the process of your commission being worked on, you will be receiving several WIP (work in progress) screen-shots as my work on it progresses. I will need your feedback and/or approval after each WIP has been sent. If you don't reply within 48 hours, I will move onto the next client while I wait for your feedback. After one week without notice, your order will be put on hold and resumed when you're back, after the otherorders that have been started are completed. Note: Make sure you send your feedback all at once and not detail by detail. Sending feedback bit by bit will consume your limited revisions quicker, and will result in extra charge. LICENCES Personal Licence All commission orders are by default delivered with a Personal Licence for free. The Personal Licence allows you to use the design for Personal (Non-Commercial) purposes. ​ The Personal Licence ALLOWS you to: - Use any of the commissioned designs on your Streaming platform of choice even if monetized. ​ A Personal Licence DOES NOT ALLOW you to: - Use the design for any Commercial Purposes outside of the ones listed above. Personal use does not allow for any of the following: printing, merchandise, ad placement, promotional use, etc. - Edit or alter the work or send it to another artist to edit or alter it without written permission - Redistribute the design for someone else to use, even personally Any attempts at altering or redistributing the designs without a Premium Licence will be reported and taken down. Please inquire if you'd like more information regarding the limitations of the licence. ​ ​ Commercial Licence If your commission involves any CommercialPurposes (printing, merchandise, ad placement, promotional use, etc.), you will have to purchase a Commercial Licence for the items in question. When purchasing a Commercial Licence, you will receive an official Licence Agreement which will have to be read in full and electronically signed through Smallpdf. Your full name and real signature will be required. Your privacy will be taken seriously and your information will be kept private. The Commercial Licence ALLOWS you to: - Use any of the commissioned designs on your Streaming platform of choice even if monetized. - Use the commissioned designs for any Commercial Purposes including any of the following: printing, merchandise, ad placement, promotional use, etc. A Commercial Licence DOES NOT ALLOW you to: - Edit or alter the work or send it to another artist to edit or alter it without written permission. - Redistribute the design for someone else to use, even personally. If you'd like full ownership over your commissioned designs or would like to allow for any of the disallowed items above, please refer to thePremium Licence.Any attempts at altering or redistributing the designs without a Premium Licence will be reported and taken down. Premium Licence​ The Premium Licence give you full ownership over the commissioned designs. This includes all the perks from the Commercial License described above, as well as allowingyou to edit or alter the workand redistribute it. If you purchase the Premium Licence and want to put any of the commissioned art/designs in a shop, you must still credit me as the original designer. When purchasing a Premium Licence, you will receive an official Licence Agreement which will have to be read in full and electronically signed through Smallpdf. Your full name and real signature will be required. Your privacy will be taken seriously and your information will be kept private. Any attempts at altering or redistributing the designs without a Premium Licence will be reportedand taken down. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original designs/artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it in any way other than as personal use, unless a Licence that states otherwise has been purchasedalong with the signing of an Exclusive Contract pertaining to that Licence. Please refer to the "Licences" section for more detailed information. You are not allowed to re-purpose, re-sell, edit or in any way change any designs or artwork that have been commissioned under a Personal Licence, when commissioned under a different type of licence, you will only be allowed to do so if a contractual agreement has been made between both parties and signed by said parties. I take no responsibility for any potential copyright issues that may arise from the client providing me, the artist, with copyrighted material to use in their commissioned order. For any files provided by the client to be used in their order the assumption that the client is informed of their own rights about said items will be made. TERMS & CONDITIONS I reserve the right to refuse your order for any given reason. As well as the right to cancel any orders that are being worked on if the relationship or communication between myself and the client is causing any issues, distress, animosity or similar. I expect mutual respect between us and am not interested in working with rude or unreasonable people. If I decide to cancel the order after work has been started, I will issue a refund. I also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders in which the client continuously changes what they initially commissioned, are unresponsive, uncooperative or similar. I would like to work with you towards turning your ideas into reality without the need to metaphorically fight you for it. Unless otherwise agreed upon before the commission has been started, I reserve the right to post the designs from your order to my Portfolio and onto my Social Media platforms for the purposes of advertisementand alike, as well as Stream the process to any platform of my choosing. Posts about your order will, if possible, either include a tag to your social media or a direct link to your channel. Posts about commissions will usually be made shortly after the files have been delivered. If you'd like your project to be kept private, please contact me about it before making the order. THE COMMISSION PROCESS​ Commission Request Process & Payment In order to send me your commission request you must fill out the commission form.Requests with minimal effort when it comes to explaining the details of the custom order will be declined. Once received, I will review your request to make sure I'm able to turn your idea into reality. If you provide me with enough details and everything looks good, I will get in touch with you through your provided contact method of choice to approve your request and let you know your order has been queued up. If some of the details are missing, I'll contact you so we can edit what's missing together. Based on the information provided, I will tell you the total pricing of the order and an estimated deadline. ​ If you're happy with the price and turnaround time, you will be added to my commission queueonce payment has been received. I will message you again at least 24 hoursbefore I start working on your order. If you don't reply within 24 hours, I'll move onto the next client and your order will be put on hold. After 2 weeks without notice, you will be pushed to the bottom of the queue. If you're not happy with the turnaround time and/or pricing of your order, you are still free to cancel the order at this stage and you won't be charged. Once I've added you to the queue, I will send you a PayPal invoice. If the order costs less than or equal to 200€, it has to be paid in full upfront. If the order costs over 200€ or more, a 50% down payment is required upfront to reserve a position in the queue (The option to be paid upfront in full anyway is also available, if preferred). The rest of the payment has to be sent upon the approval of your order, right after the Design Concept stage. Delaying payment will result in not being added to the queue. If it happens too frequently (typically over 3 times), you will be blacklisted. ​ The Design Process Once I've started work on your order, you will receive a rough watermarked Design Concept early on in the process.I can re-work the Design Concept for free up to 3 times. Please make sure to tell me if you're unsatisfied with the design at this point, as this is the easiest phase for me to make changes and fixes in. Additional revisions will come with an extra charge. ​ After the Design Concept has been approved, I'll be working on the first draft of the design. You will receive low-resolution watermarked screen-shots of the progress of your commission, and at this stageI can only rework minor details for free (color fix, small element changes, etc.). Additional revisions or major edits will come with extra charge. After the first draft has been approved, I will move onto finalizing the design. Minor edits (color adjustment, animation speed, etc.) are allowed, but at this point, if you're asking for a completely different design although you've approved of the previous versions, it will be treated like a completely new order and you will have to pay the initial cost again. ​ During the process of your commission being worked on, you will be receiving several WIP (work in progress) screen-shots as my work on it progresses. I will need your feedback and/or approval after each WIP has been sent. If you don't reply within 48 hours, I will move onto the next client while I wait for your feedback. If approved, you will receive a .ZIP file containing the watermark-free files of your order at their full resolution.​

PAYMENT & REFUNDS Because of the nature of the shop system, the payments for shop items are done in $USD to avoid extra fees to the buyer. Upon checkout, your e-mail address will be required along with the choice of a payment option. Payments can be made using either a Credit Card or through a PayPal transaction. Upon purchase you will receive a digital receipt of your order sent to your provided e-mail address along with a link to download the purchased files. Absolutely no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted. DISCOUNTS Upon checkout, you can insert and use any Shop Discount Codes that you may have been provided with into the "Discount code (optional)" field. These usually come in the form of a percentage or flat amount discount to your shop order. Shop Discount codes are separate from Commission Discounts and the two have nothing to do with each other unless otherwise stated. PERMISSIONS & COPYRIGHT All digital items in the store are delivered with a Personal Licence, allowing you use them on any Streaming platform of your choice, even if monetized. All digital items in the store are provided as a P2U (pay-to-use) service and as such are non-exclusive and may be purchased by multiple users. I, as the creator and seller, retain full and exclusive rights to the original designs/artwork. The buyer may not claim it as their own or use it in any way other than as personal(non-commercial) use. You are not allowed to re-purpose, re-sell, re-distribute, edit* or in any way change any of the designs/artwork purchased from any of my stores. You are also not allowed to file copyright violation take-downs against any other person who has purchased any of my P2U designs. *If you would like changes to be made or something to be added to the existing files you have purchased, please feel free to contact me with your idea! Any attempts at altering or redistributing any of the designs from my shop(s) will be reported and taken down and legal action will be taken if necessary.
